• Always glide tool at a 15-degree angle.

• Remember to breathe while performing each step.

• Close your eyes. Relax your shoulders. Take a few full, deep breaths.

• Massage both ears with your fingers for one minute until you feel a warm sensation around the ears.

• Prep your clean face with a light mist followed by facial oil on your face and neck area. Apply oil generously. (7 - 10 drops).

• Always apply facial oil on the skin before performing a gua sha massage.

• Drink a glass of warm water after your Gua Sha routine to flush the toxins out of your system.

• Use a damp cloth to wipe your tool and wipe dry. Gently clean your tool every once a week with a drop of mild detergent and rinse off with warm water. Once a month, cleanse your rose quartz tool by leaving it in an open area where there is some sunlight for an hour. Do not leave the rose quartz tool under direct sunlight.
